GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Bennett
Strategic Asset Land; directs DMS to provide recommendations to Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund & DOT re strategic asset land of board & dept.; directs DMS to pursue implementation of management of such land; provides criteria concerning such recommendations & management; authorizes DMS to enter into contracts to assist in such duties; authorizes board to designate land as strategic asset management land, etc. Creates 253.0342.
