Florida Retirement System; deletes provisions consolidating former state & county officers & employees' retirement system, retirement system for school teachers, & highway patrol pensions & pension trust fund; revises & provides definitions applicable to FRS; consolidates specified retirement systems under FRS; provides for assumption of liabilities & assets by FRS, etc. Amends 121.011,.021; renumbers 121.181,.1905,.191; creates 121.023.
