CS/SB 2298: Legal Actions
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Webster
Legal Actions; provides that entering into certain specified contracts subjects person to jurisdiction of courts of this state; redefines term "foreign judgment" under Florida Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act; amends specified provision conforming provisions to changes made by act. Amends 48.193, 55.502, 685.102.
