Florida Solar Incentives Program; creates Fla. Solar Energy Incentives Program; provides definitions; provides for continuing appropriation to support solar energy product development & fund incentive programs; provides rebates for installation of solar energy systems on commercial & residential buildings; provides eligibility requirements; requires Fla. Solar Energy Center to certify performance of certain solar equipment, etc. Creates 377.707. APPROPRIATION: $1,200,000.
