Saltwater Fisheries/Crabs/Lobsters; establishes certain endorsement fees for taking of blue crabs; authorizes FWC to waive endorsement & trap tag fees for 1-year period; preserves state jurisdiction for certain convictions; provides for expiration of certain provisions unless reenacted by Legislature during 2008 Regular Session; provides administrative penalties for certain violations of spiny lobster trap certificate program, etc. Amends Ch. 370, 20.331, 921.0022. APPROPRIATION: $132,000.
