GENERAL BILL by Atwater
Marriage Licenses; deletes provisions authorizing court to issue marriage license upon sworn application that both minor applicants are parents of child or expectant parents of child; deletes provisions authorizing court to issue marriage license upon written verification by physician & sworn application that minor female applicant is expectant parent. Amends 741.0405.
