Biblical Exhibits/Tax Exemption; provides tax exemption for property owned by organization that is exempt under s. 501(c)(3) of Internal Revenue Code & used for displays re biblical history & biblical worship, if property is open to public as specified & organization has received from IRS written statement that such use of property does not adversely affect organization's federal exemption, etc. creates 196.1987.
