GENERAL BILL by Aronberg
Uniform Commercial Code; removes provision requiring certain records to be filed with Dept. of State; requires governing body of Seminole Tribe of Florida or Miccosukee Tribe of Indians to file certain records with central filing office; provides for discharge of claim or right under certain circumstances; revises criteria determining when action is taken within reasonable time & seasonably; defines "course of performance", etc. Amends FS.
