SB 2750: Autism/Medicaid Waiver Program
GENERAL BILL by Atwater
Autism/Medicaid Waiver Program; requires AHCA to work with Agency for Persons with Disabilities to develop said program for children who have autism spectrum disorder; provides definition; provides for implementation of program subject to availability of funds; authorizes agency to adopt rules. Amends 409.912.
