GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Community Reinvestment Plans; authorizes business to develop & implement said plan for tax-credit purposes; provides certain requirements for such plan; provides tax credit for business that meets requirements of its plan; provides for carryover of credit; requires Financial Service Commission, DCA, Tourism, Trade & Economic Development Office, & Fla. Housing Finance Corporation to prepare strategic plan re access to financial capital in certain areas of state, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
