Anti-Phishing Act/Electronic Mail; requires certain governmental entities to post notice on their websites that electronic mail addresses sent to them are subject to release to public; provides that remedies & penalties under Electronic Mail Communications Act are cumulative; creates "Anti-Phishing Act"; prohibits certain acts re fraudulent use or possession of identifying information; provides applicability, etc. Amends 668.606,.6075; creates 668.608,.701-.705.
