HB 5031: Operating TF/State Courts System

TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Council ; Kottkamp

Operating TF/State Courts System; creates said trust fund within state courts system; provides for sources of funds & purposes; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund; directs certain fees collected by Clerk of Supreme Court, trial court administrator of each circuit, & clerk of each district court & certain fees paid to Supreme Court by court reporters to be deposited into trust fund in lieu of another trust fund, etc. Amends Ch. 25, 29.0195, 35.22.
