Cardrooms/Dominoes; provides for cardrooms to conduct games of dominoes; revises definitions; defines "dominoes"; revises rulemaking authority to provide for review & approval of play & wagering in game or series of games of poker or game of dominoes; provides for dominoes game supervisors; restricts wagers on games. Amends 849.086.
