FRS/Additional Retirement Credit; authorizes certain employees to purchase additional retirement credit to upgrade prior service to Special Risk Class service; provides for calculation of contributions of such service upgrade; authorizes employer to purchase such additional credit for employee; provides statement of important state interest. Amends 121.0515.
