HB 7001: Florida Minimum Wage Act

Florida Minimum Wage Act; provides periods of limitations on actions for violations of Fla. Minimum Wage Act; creates said act; requires employers to pay certain employees minimum wage for all hours worked in Florida; requires minimum wage to be adjusted annually; requires Agency for Workforce Innovation & DOR to annually publish amount of adjusted minimum wage; authorizes Attorney General to bring civil action & seek injunctive relief, etc. Amends 95.11; creates 448.110.
