Medical Facilities Info./DOH/OGSR; amends provision re exemption from public-records requirements provided for information concerning medical facilities & laboratories which is maintained by DOH as part of state's plan to defend against terrorism; saves exemption from repeal under OGSR Act; deletes provisions providing for repeal of exemption. Amends 381.95.
