Seaport Security; requires each seaport authority or governing board of seaport that is subject to statewide minimum seaport security standards to designate & identify security area designations, access requirements, & security enforcement authorizations on seaport premises & in seaport security plans; provides legislative intent re employment by seaports of certified law enforcement officers & certified private security officers, etc. Amends FS.
