GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Carlton

State Employees; requires that Justice Administrative Commission approve classification plan & salary & benefits for employees of Statewide Guardian Ad Litem Office; provides that employees of said commission are exempt from Career Service System & not included in Senior Management Service or Selected Exempt Service; prohibits use of moneys from State Treasury for per diem or subsistence re Class C travel, etc. Amends FS.
