Automated External Defibrillators; revises legislative intent re use of automated external defibrillator; defines terms "automated external defibrillator" & "defibrillation"; requires DOH to implement educational campaign to inform persons who acquire automated external defibrillator devices of scope & limitations of immunity from liability provided under Cardiac Arrest Survival Act; revises definition of term "automated external defibrillator", etc. Amends 401.2915, 768.1325.
