Drug-related Task Forces [SPCC]; creates Drug Paraphernalia Abatement Task Force within Executive Office of Governor; prescribes task force membership; provides for meetings & duties; provides that meetings & records of task force are subject to statutory public meetings & records requirements; creates within Executive Office of Governor Task Force for Remediation of Illicit Drug Labs; requires that task force file reports & recommendations to Governor & Legislature, etc.
