Ad Valorem Tax/Disabled Veterans [RPCC]; implements s. (6) (g), Art. VII of State Constitution; provides that certain disabled veterans must receive discount from amount of ad valorem tax levied on their homestead property; provides conditions under which discount applies; provides application procedures; authorizes governing body of county to waive requirement that annual application be made for veteran's disability discount; provides for retroactivity, etc. Creates 196.082, amends 196.011.
