Crisis Intervention Team Program [SPCC]; provides for adoption of program as pilot program; directs Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute at University of South Florida to conduct study of Crisis Intervention Team (C.I.T.) program; provides purpose of study; provides for report; provides for funding.
