Inmate Labor/Correctional Work Prog.; requires Prison Rehabilitative Industries & Diversified Enterprises, Inc., or PRIDE Enterprises, to prepare annual report detailing effectiveness of its internal-control mechanisms; requires that report be subject to attestation by independent certified public accountant retained by & paid from funds of PRIDE; requires that attestation report be prepared in addition to, & not supplant, annual financial audit required by law. Amends 946.516.
