GENERAL BILL by Storms
Non-ad Valorem Tax Assessments [RPCC]; prohibits increase in non-ad valorem assessment which exceeds amount of growth of population within jurisdiction of taxing authority multiplied by average rate of inflation, unless increase is approved by vote of electors or approved by super majority vote of governing body of taxing authority. Creates 197.3633.
