GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Bennett
Agency Inspectors General [RPCC]; requires agency inspectors general to comply with certain principles & standards; requires agencies under Governor to notify Chief Inspector General of inspector general appointments & terminations; prohibits agency staff from preventing or prohibiting inspector general or director of auditing from initiating, carrying out, or completing any audit or investigation, etc. Amends 20.055.
