GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Health Regulation ; Saunders

Clinical Nursing Specialties [SPCC]; provides requirements for certification as clinical nurse specialist; restricts use of professional titles & abbreviations re practice by clinical nurse specialists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, & certified nurse midwives; prohibits use of any name or title stating or implying that person is said specialist, anesthetist, or midwife, etc. Amends 464.003,.0115,.012,.015,.016, 458.348, 459.025; reenacts 921.0022(3) (g). APPROPRIATION: $75,386.
