GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Crist ; Fasano

Voyeurism/Video [LPCC]; provides that it is third-degree felony for certain persons who are responsible for welfare of child younger than 16 years of age to commit offense of video voyeurism, video voyeurism dissemination or commercial video voyeurism dissemination against that child; provides that it is third-degree felony for person employed at school to commit offense of said voyeurism against student of school, etc. Amends 810.145.
