GENERAL BILL by Posey
Examination of Insurers [EPCC]; extends interval at which insurers must be examined by OIR; deletes provisions authorizing office to accept audit report from certified public accountant in lieu of conducting its own examination; provides for investment specialists & information technology specialists to conduct examinations; revises requirements for rules governing conduct of insurer examinations; deletes certain examination requirements. Amends 624.316.
