Female Inmate/Parent/Minor Children [LPCC]; provides legislative findings & intent re importance of female inmate maintaining relationship with her minor child; requires DOC to collect certain information concerning children of such inmates in state correctional system; requires dept. to analyze institutional assignment of each female inmate who is parent & determine inmate's proximity to her minor child, etc. Amends 944.17,.24,.8031.
