Custodian of Public Records; authorizes said custodian to designate another officer or employee of agency to permit inspection & copying of public records; requires that designee be identified; requires said custodians & their designees to acknowledge requests to inspect & copy public records promptly & in good faith; conforms cross-references. Amends 119.07, 497.140, 627.311,.351.
