Wrecker Services [EPCC]; provides for regulatory oversight of wrecker services by DOACS; creates Wrecker Operator Advisory Council within DOACS; directs council to prepare recommendations re education & training & present recommendations to Legislature and Commissioner of Agriculture; requires wrecker companies to register annually with DOACS; authorizes counties & municipalities to enact ordinances governing wrecker operators, etc. Amends & Reenacts FS. APPROPRIATION: $693,000.
