GENERAL BILL by Gibbons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sachs ; Harrell ; Carroll ; Jenne ; Porth

Unattended Child in Motor Vehicle; provides that offense of leaving child unattended or unsupervised in motor vehicle constitutes second-degree misdemeanor rather than noncriminal traffic infraction; provides that such offense is third-degree felony if child suffers great bodily harm, disability, or disfigurement; provides penalties. Amends 316.6135.
