GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Saunders

Physician Assistants/Prescriptions [SPCC]; requires that prescription be filled in pharmacy unless it is drug dispensed by physician assistant; provides that authority to dispense may be delegated only by supervisory physicians registered as dispensing practitioners. Amends 458.347, 459.022.
