Fla. Commercial Anti-Pornography Act [EPCC]; provides legislative findings; prohibits person from willfully & knowingly distributing pornographic materials for commercial purposes; provides civil penalty; provides that any person, including church, religious organization, or other representative group or organization, may bring action to enforce act; authorizes person to recover actual damages & attorney's fees if person suffers loss as result of said distribution of said materials, etc.
