Petition Procedures & Standards; revises terminology re verification of signatures on petitions; requires name-by-name, signature-by-signature verification of initiative petitions & related petition revocations; revises procedures for placing initiative on ballot; provides requirements for information to be contained in petition forms; provides private property rights re activity on property that supports or opposes ballot initiatives, etc. Amends 99.097, 100.371.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
