False Personation/Law Enforcement; amends provision re unlawfully showing or displaying certain lights; amends provision re falsely personating officer; subdivides penalty provisions for purpose of referencing such provisions; provides that unlawful use of flashing or rotating blue lights is third-degree felony rather than misdemeanor; amends provision re unlawful use of police badges or other indicia of authority, etc. Amends Ch. 843, 316.2397, 921.0022.
