PROPOSED BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation
Wildlife Mgmt. & Saltwater Fisheries; authorizes use of certain annual fees for specialty license plates to promote & market plates; establishes certain endorsement fees for taking of blue crabs; prohibits unauthorized possession of blue crab trap gear or removal of said trap contents & provides penalties therefor; clarifies provisions regulating spiny lobsters; requires FWC to adopt & publish rule establishing due process procedures, etc. Amends Chs. 320, 370, 372, 380, 20.331.
