PROPOSED BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs

Child Support Enforcement; provides for collection & deposit of annual fee for certain child support cases; revises requirements for certain employers to remit support payments electronically; lowers amount of child support owed to permit federal action against obligor's passport; revises provisions governing automated enforcement of support order from another state; authorizes service of process by publication for unknown legal fathers, etc. Amends FS.
