OGSR/Workpapers/DFS or OIR; amends provision re workpapers held by DFS or OIR; limits conditions under which workpapers & other information re investigation or examination are exempt from public-records requirements; reorganizes provisions re public-records exemption for examination reports, investigation reports, workpapers, & other information held by dept. or office for purposes of clarity & consistency; saves exemption from repeal, etc. Amends 624.319.
