[OPCC]; amends special act, as amended re licensing & regulating of children's centers & family day care homes in Pinellas Co.; redefines terms "children's center" & "family day care home"; authorizes provision of child care for period longer than otherwise authorized for child whose parent or legal guardian works shift of 24 hours or more.
