GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Constantine ; Justice

Voting Systems [LPCC]; authorizes use of ballot-on-demand technology to produce certain marksense ballots; requires all voting to be by marksense ballot; provides exemption for voters with disabilities; requires use of certain marksense ballots for pre-election testing; requiring post-election, random audits of voting systems; authorizes Dept. of State to purchase optical scan voting equipment & ballot-on-demand equipment for certain counties, etc. Amends Ch. 101. APPROPRIATION: $27,861,850.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
