GENERAL BILL by Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Storms
Sexual Predators & Offender/Resident [LPCC]; prohibits sexual predators from establishing or maintaining residence within 2,500 feet of specified locations; revises provisions re residence of specified sex offenders; revises restrictions on residence of certain sexual offenders who are released under conditional release program; revises terms & conditions of probation or community control restricting residence of persons convicted of certain sex offenses, etc. Amends Chs. 775, 794, 947, 948.
