Gambling Vessels/Clean Ocean Act [RPCC]; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1094 & S326) Requires that owners or operators of gambling vessels operating in coastal waters register with the Department of Environmental Protection prior to entering the coastal waters of the state. Requires owners of waterfront-landing facilities to establish procedures for the release of waste from gambling vessels berthed at the facilities, etc.
