Sexual Predators and Sexual Offenders; Requires FDLE to set & charge fee to sexual predators & sexual offenders who are financially able to pay for all or part of costs of supervision; authorizes sheriff to charge fee to sexual predator or sexual offender to help defray expense of registering sexual predator or sexual offender at sheriff's office.
