GENERAL BILL by Wilson
School-based Health Centers [SPCC]; Includes in the definition of "school-based health center," for purposes of the School Health Services Act, an organization that provides at least 25 hours per week of primary care services for adolescents or other school-age children for the majority of the year, primarily provides services onsite at the school, and provides other comprehensive services, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
