GENERAL BILL by Hill

School Board Policies/Crime and Victimization [SPCC]; Requires that a district school board adopt a policy of zero tolerance in addressing crime and substance abuse and victimization of students. Provides that a student found to have committed certain offenses involving weapons or firearms be expelled, suspended, or referred to the criminal justice or juvenile justice system. Requires the district school board to ensure that the offender continues to receive appropriate education services, etc.
