Space Florida; Creates Space & Aerospace Development Infrastructure Enhancement Fund in OTTED for use by Space Florida to provide or upgrade space-related infrastructure, partner with applicable businesses on space-related projects, or otherwise provide incentives for space-related ventures & may be used for collateral for bonds; requires Space Florida board of directors & OTTED director to evaluate applicants & make recommendations to Governor, etc.
