CS/SB 1654: State Construction Management Contracting [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Lawson
State Construction Management Contracting [RPCC]; Authorizes the Department of Management Services to select and contract with construction management entities to assist in the management of state construction projects. Authorizes the department to enter into continuing contracts under certain circumstances. Provides that said entity may be required to offer a guaranteed maximum price and a guaranteed completion date under specified circumstances and secure a surety bond, etc.
