GENERAL BILL by Crist
Official Orchestra Designation [RPCC]; Provides criteria for designation as an "Official Orchestra of the State of Florida" including, but not limited to, continually performing concerts for at least 20 years preceding designation, conducting 100 performances each year, having an annual operating budget of at least $7.5 million and periodically performing live broadcasts. Requires the Florida Arts Council to review applications, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
