GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Alexander
Disposition of Traffic Infractions [FPCC]; Requires that revenue from the surcharge imposed for certain criminal traffic offenses and all noncriminal traffic violations be remitted to the Department of Revenue, deposited quarterly into the State Agency Law Enforcement Radio System Trust Fund of the Department of Management Services (DMS), and be used for certain purposes. Authorizes the DMS to retain funds from such revenue to recover certain costs and expenses, etc.
